Modern Warfare 2 Clan

Is anyone interested in creating a clan ready for when Modern Warfare 2 comes out, it might give us some good exposure for the blog and this forum???

Count me in brother. This is going to be the more 'casual' type of clan though, right? What about names? If they have the same system as before, it'll be hard to use anything relating to Split-Screen, short of using 'S.S.' which will make us seem like Nazis. We should probably avoid that. Perhaps resurrect 'DVDA'? Is there enhanced clan support this time?

My vote's For DVDA, I've recently adopted it again on COD4 after I realized Token Gestures had always kept it on his^^

I'm in for [DVDA] - by the time it comes out I won't have played a shooter for a while so you'll need to carry me a week or two but then I'll be back at my flag/HQ capturing best

haha, this is going to be brilliant. Not the deadliest at shooters but i can be alright occasionally

Can someone explain DVDA though? bit of a loss at that one....

shame we have to wait till November though.

i've been thinking about this, but i dont want a clan per se. i want people in clans who simply want to enjoy the game, play to the spirit of the game and generally just be up for a laugh while shooting bullets at each other. obviously an all girl clan who happen to like big taqll blokes with glasses and a beard would be desirable, but not completely needed.

The whole idea of the clan mate is to organise some decent private matches/tournaments where everyone who enjoys and plays to the spirit of the game knows each other and can have a good laugh without the random dicks that spoil the game in ranked matches. As for an all girl clan partial to bearded men and glasses.....i second that motion!

Having a clan tag wont make it more serious or anything dude, the main reason is just to show our association to each other. Oh and of course the amusement of explaining what DVDA stands for to stupid American kids. That happened once or twice on COD4. HEH.
